Functional Analyst

In our department Customer Communication, we work daily on our different channels such as Mobile, Touch, Business Dashboard and the underlying functionalities.

You will work in the Digital Communication team where we work all year round on new features, optimizing our architecture and making sure the newsfeed, action center, combox, PTC and webforms remain future proof. As an analyst , you will help determine what our app and processes look like. You will work in a team to develop an idea, support its development and roll it out to our customers.

Together with the team you are responsible for the rollout of new functionalities and maintenance of our products.

You understand business requirements and translate them into a clear analysis. You communicate & coordinate with developers & interfacing teams to assure a qualitative delivery. You do this together with our team, UX, communication and other interfacing teams.

In the standing organization you help solve problems that occur with customers. You make the analysis, assess impact and follow up on the technical implementation.
So you are the first point of contact for developers and business stakeholders and responsible for the development and delivery of new features. In doing so, you discover all facets: mainframe, bluecap, customer journey, our mobile application and the various products we offer. You are in close contact with the business analyst to make sure our solutions match the architecture.
Some examples of new features we are working on: new customer communication hub, make webforms available in business dashboard, introduce new webforms thus simplifying processes, new connectors to newsfeed and action center.... Plenty of challenges to work on!

Your assets?
As an analyst, you will work closely with the other members of the team, UX experts, designers and architects. Our team consist of developers, functional and business analyst, testers, project managers, process managers, scrum master and product owner. As an analyst, you are responsible for a detailed (impact) analysis and follow-up of development for new features. Together with the business analyst and system architect you document new functionalities and define solutions for conceptual ideas and requirements. You bring colleagues together to work on the development, you manage the progress and together we ensure a qualitative delivery. All this is managed within a SAFe approach where we iteratively work towards the delivery of new applications every quarter.
