Our client is current looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst who will mainly analyse and document a well-defined process with the support and buy-in of management and teams of analysts with the objective of harmonizing and optimizing the subject as defined.
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities: Analyse the determined process:
Collect and document of business requirements for project and process analysing the current situation
Draw the determined process in the designated tool SPARXS
Driven by assessment of the necessity co-create the future process with a clear focus on the integration of all needs and determine the steps to follow to ensure the transition from current to the future
Create an operational implementation schedule
Organize process analysis with the help of business analysts.
Conduct the documentation project within the allocated budget (scope, deadline, cost)
Document the applications of the process concerned:
Identify the applications to be documented:
Study each application and document respectively
Document the business rules affected by the application
Collect information from users of the Health Care service(s) linked to the domain and Unions
Highlight and describe the dependencies of an application in relation to existing functional chains
Coordinate and monitor the updating of documentation for new development requests:
Coordinate with the respective department to ensure that the documentation is completed in accordance with the defined standards
Integrate the operating guides into the work instructions
Assure that the documentation of the developed solution is complete and available
Technical profile requirements:
+5y of experience as a Business Analyst in similar context
Expert in process improvement and innovation
Very good data knowledge
Very good knowledge of Functional Analysis
Very good knowledge of Process & Project Analysis
Good knowledge of applications & IT process flows
Good knowledge of business rules modeling
Non-Technical profile requirements:
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Able to follow management procedures and internal guidelines
