To further this mission, we are reinforcing the Learning & Development (L&D) department with a strategic approach that emphasizes identified learning paths through our Learning Management System (LMS) and blended learning initiatives. Our aim is to not only inspire but also to guide our employees and leaders towards essential skills, leveraging learning platforms to offer accessible learning opportunities anytime and anywhere.
We are currently seeking a Learning & Training Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the Strategic Learning Project, focusing on transversal (human, soft) and leadership skills. This role is pivotal in designing and developing engaging learning experiences that are in line with the organization's strategic goals. The specialist will work closely with the learning project manager to craft innovative and effective learning solutions.
Detailled Tasks
Analyzing the Learning Needs Assessment Report to understand the specific training requirements of our employees.
Collaborating on the design and mapping of Learning Journeys for each skill set, ensuring a tailored approach to development.
Applying instructional design theories and practices to craft engaging and effective learning modules.
Creating a diverse range of learning materials, such as e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
Implementing these solutions in our LMS system, enabling employees to self-register and access the learning resources.
Managing the technical aspects of e-learning creation using tools like Flowspark, among others
Demonstrating a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, videos, and lectures, to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborating with external learning providers/trainers to complete the learning path
Continuously seeking ways to optimize both LMS integration and the learning administration process for efficiency and user-friendliness.
Preparing and disseminating inspirational communications for the learning solutions, making them available in Dutch, French, and English to reach all employees
COMPETENCES
Are fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English
Understand adult learning principles and can apply them effectively in a corporate environment
Have strong project management skills
Enjoy researching content and creating pedagogical support
Are meticulous and double-check the details for accuracy and quality
EXPERIENCE
Possess expertise in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
Have minimum 2 years experience in designing training
