As an HR Project Manager, you are the connecting force between the various project members and stakeholders. You will steer HR projects in the right direction and facilitate from design to implementation.
As an HR Project Manager, you have a wide and challenging range of tasks. Your main responsibilities are:
- You follow up on the progress of projects. You report on points of attention and look for solutions to issues. You ensure that the project remains within the functional, technical, budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
- You will work closely with subject matter experts and IT. Together you will work on a successful implementation.
- You ensure that every project is supported by a thorough process review. You correctly estimate the impact of changes on existing processes, applications, data and reporting. To do this, you work closely with the other profiles within the HR PMO (process, business, data and reporting analysts). Of course, you want your projects to be easily accepted within the company. To support the change, you will draw up training and communication materials.
- Through your daily contacts throughout the company, you build up a solid network and become an ambassador for a modern HR policy.
We handle a wide range of projects, from hard HR to soft HR. Some examples of projects we work on:
- Setting up a learning platform.
- Rolling out new processes and tools for performance management.
- Developing a chatbot.
- Implement a new planning tool.
- Creating a new job site.
- Migration of our SAP solutions to the cloud.
Why is this new challenge something for you?
You have a master's degree (preferably in HR) or are equivalent through experience. And you have the following competencies:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management (preferably in the field of HR).
- You have fulfilled the role of project manager in at least 2 projects related to SAP HR and/or Success Factors.
- You are analytical and critical.
- You are an inquisitive team player.
- You work independently towards the desired result and take predetermined deadlines into account.
- You communicate fluently. You can also express yourself in Dutch, French and English.
