We are looking for a Data Analyst – Sales Performance Management to join our client's Customer Operations Steering Tribe. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the commission systems for internal and external sales partners. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate monthly closings, perform ad hoc analyses, and maintain the performance management tools.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the commission calculation systems using sales and HR data
Perform monthly closings and ensure accurate data delivery to HR and Fusion
Support business stakeholders with questions about commission plans
Conduct ad hoc analyses and test data flows
Work with the Varicent tool for sales performance management
Collaborate in tandem with other analysts to support multiple sales channels
Participate in projects bridging business and IT
Requirements & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of experience in data analysis using tools like Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Experience with sales or commission data is a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English
Must have skills:
Data analysis and reporting (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, …)
SQL and data modeling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
Critical thinking and structured problem-solving
Nice to have skills:
Experience with Varicent or similar sales performance tools
