We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst service to evaluate and optimize the use of approximately 25 applications supporting the Communication Domain. This role requires an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to compare current application usage with enterprise plans, aiming to streamline and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing application landscape (approximately 25 applications) supporting the Communication Domain:
Examples of applications : design applications (canva, adobe, etc.), analytics applications (matomo, hotjar, etc.), etc.
Create inventory of available application functionalities;
Create inventory of user demographics in business roles & actors;
In collaboration with the business architects relate the applications to the business capabilities & processes in order to understand the business value;
assess usage patterns.
Analyze business requirements
Collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and translate them to application needs
Analyze potential TO-BE scenario’s
Identify potential areas for consolidation or optimization
Develop and present recommendations for optimizing the number of tools used, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Compile comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and potential impact on operations.
Compare applications in use with enterprise plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Support the Product organization in deploying the chosen scenario
Work closely with IT and procurement teams to implement changes that enhance application usage.
Monitor application performance post-implementation to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar role focusing on application analysis and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with enterprise applications and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is a must-have.
Modelling languages: Good knowledge of BPMN is a plus.
