We are looking for a Senior Business Controller with strong experience in strategic financial case development and stakeholder management. The consultant will support a newly launched internal project focused on benchmarking the company's operating costs (OPEX) and identifying opportunities for improvement across various cost areas.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret benchmark data to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, People, and Strategy departments.
- Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple cost domains (e.g., labor, network, IT).
- Prepare and align financial cases with business stakeholders.
- Support the creation of presentations for SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
- Assist in the initial financial screening of identified opportunities.
- Maintain oversight of project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Contribute to defining project direction and adapt to evolving scopes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling or strategic financial planning.
Must have skills:
- Proven experience in developing and reviewing strategic financial cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
- Experience in preparing materials for C-level or SLT presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- High degree of flexibility and maturity to navigate a dynamic and evolving project environment.
