The HR department consists of 28 full time FTE in support of 1000 employees. For the compensation & benefit team, we are looking for a senior compensation & benefits officer to support the team on project basis.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
- Map and analyse current HR tools (including eBlox Payroll / eBlox HR – SD Worx)
- Identify technological gaps and propose actions for alignment and system integration
- Simplify and automate key administrative processes (onboarding, leave requests, budget forecasting, etc.)
- Rework internal communication flows (between employees, HR Business Partners, and managers)
- Enhance HR data usage and improve reporting for managers and the executive team
- Launch new tech solutions (e.g., HR chatbot, KPI dashboards)
- Contribute to drafting the new specifications document for the upcoming payroll solution (post-2027)
- Collaborate with the Data Health team to ensure data alignment and strategic reporting
- Communicate new processes to staff and management in a clear, engaging way
Profile Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR digitalisation projects, ideally in complex environments
- In-depth knowledge of SD Worx tools (eBlox HR / Payroll) is a major asset
- Strong background in Compensation & Benefits & Belgium social legislation
- Ability to map HR flows, identify pain points, and propose practical solutions
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders

- Capable of simplifying complex matters and gaining buy-in from different audiences
Methodology / Certification Requirements
- Bachelor in Human Resource
- Proven experience implementing HR tools or ERP systems is valued
- Familiarity with HR market benchmarks and Belgian labour practices is appreciated
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMI, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus
Language Proficiencies
- French: Fluent written and spoken
- Dutch: Fluent written and spoken
- English: good comprehension (for technical documentation and collaboration)
Onsite presence: min 2 days/week onsite in Anderlecht
