Our client is hiring an Agile Service Delivery Manager within the Data Build Cluster. This role bridges vendor-based scrum teams and internal governance stakeholders, ensuring agile delivery performance, operational alignment, and continuous improvement. The SDM will monitor sprint delivery, manage KPIs, and act as a key escalation point while fostering agile maturity across teams.
Responsibilities:
Track and challenge delivery KPIs (velocity, quality, stability, incident trends)
Act as an operational escalation point for vendor teams
Monitor sprint delivery and ensure commitments are met
Manage service delivery and vendor contracts
Consolidate insights and report to governance stakeholders
Advocate agile ways of working and support team autonomy
Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
Coach and guide teams, ensuring quality and SLA compliance
Initiate and lead service improvement projects
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across delivery layers
Requirements & Qualifications:
Relevant Master’s degree
Minimum 7 years of experience in service delivery, vendor management, and agile environments
Strong understanding of technology and service management in telecom or similar sectors
Experience with KPI analysis and reporting
