We are seeking a Retail Communication Coordinator to temporarily support our retail marketing team following the departure of a key team member. This role ensures continuity in retail communications and supports the rollout of strategic initiatives. You will be the central point of contact for all retail communication activities, managing POS materials, narrowcasting, signage, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Editor-in-Chief for all retail communication
Act as SPOC for retail communication with internal teams and external agencies
Manage POS materials, narrowcasting content, and signage
Develop and execute retail communication assets
Support strategic projects and lead improvement initiatives
Coordinate ad-hoc retail communication requests
Oversee video content creation and scheduling
Ensure consistent brand presence across retail environments
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management & marketing communication preferably in a relevant retail environment
Fluent in Dutch and English
Must have skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Structured and punctual work ethic
Strong campaign coordination and project execution skills
Familiarity with POS, signage, and narrowcasting systems
