As Executive Assistant within the Strategy department, you will support the SLT-member and collaborate with other tribe leads and executive assistants. Your role is pivotal in managing complex agendas, facilitating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Proactive agenda management for SLT and occasional support for other tribe leads
Coordination of staff meetings: collecting agenda points, syncing with SLT, note-taking, and tracking action items
Scheduling and organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders (including Liberty Global and external consultants)
Participation in bi-weekly Executive Assistant meetings
Occasional support for circle events and light organizational tasks
Collaboration with other assistants for logistics and meeting room arrangements
Requirements & Qualifications:
3–5 years of relevant experience in executive support roles
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Strong proficiency in Outlook and Office Suite
Experience with tools like Fusion is a plus
Must have skills:
Excellent agenda management and organizational skills
Strong communication and proactivity
Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
Assertiveness and transparency in stakeholder interactions
Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have skills:
Familiarity with Fusion or similar platforms
Experience in coordinating cross-functional meetings
Event organization skills (for internal team events)
