Act as the liaison between business and delivery partner: Elicit and refine business requirements, translate them into clear functional and non-functional specifications, and collaborate with product owners to shape roadmaps and delivery priorities.
Design cohesive end-to-end solutions: Ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture, integrate smoothly across applications, and support maintainability and scalability.
Develop multiple solution scenarios: Evaluate alternative designs that fit within existing IT ecosystem and constraints, enabling informed decision-making for business stakeholders.
Collaborate across ecosystems: Coordinate with architects, developers, testers, and analysts (onshore/offshore), as well as external partners (network owner and field technician companies).
Support knowledge transfer: Provide documentation, training, and handover to operational and support teams post-implementation.
Contribute to continuous improvement: Maintain IT documentation and business process models, ensuring clarity and consistency across systems and teams
Requirements & Qualifications:

5–7 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in IT delivery
Proven experience in integration-heavy projects (preferably API-based solutions)
Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum) delivery frameworks
Strong analytical, conceptual, and system-thinking skills
Must have skills:
Technical fluency: Skilled in designing/ understanding APIs as per industry standards, database querying (SQL), and application architecture components and their roles in business processes.
Independent and proactive: Able to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive progress without close supervision.
Stakeholder engagement: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to manage discussions between business owners, architects, and external partners.
Solution-oriented: Capable of designing pragmatic, scalable solutions that balance technical feasibility with business value.
Process visualization: Experienced in BPMN, UML, or sequence diagramming to model processes, integrations, and data flows.
Adaptable and resilient: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity in evolving multi-stakeholder environments.
