As Project Leader within the Partner Management Office, you will support strategic partnerships through coordination, reporting, and financial follow-up. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives. This is a detail-oriented and administrative role with a strong focus on internal collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Monitor partner performance via dashboards, reports, and satisfaction surveys
Administer project changes and purchase orders
Support financial reporting and capitalization for strategic IT partners
Manage monthly timesheets and assist users with system changes and testing
Create and maintain financial tracking projects
Optimize SharePoint structure for secure and efficient collaboration
Propose and implement process improvements
Deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal teams
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
Experience: Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or partner management; junior profiles are acceptable if supported by strong education or relevant skills
