As Agile Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Technology Partner Management Team and act as the key liaison between our client and one of its strategic IT partners. You will coordinate internal alignment across departments, manage external partner performance, and ensure delivery excellence through strong governance and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a mix of commercial insight, IT understanding, and agile delivery experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal alignment across multiple departments and tribes
SPOC for external strategic partner & internal teams and manage delivery expectations
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Support contract compliance and commercial model negotiations
Facilitate agile ways of working and guide partner teams
Align partner delivery with business goals
Ensure contracts, SLA’s and budgets are respected
Track performance and lead improvements
Manage governance and commercial relationships
Communicate with senior stakeholders and present updates
Handle escalations and resolve delivery issues
Align demand forecasts and resource planning
Lead transformation and cost-efficiency efforts
Support contract renewals and evaluations
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Not strictly defined; relevant experience may substitute formal education
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT delivery, supplier management, or similar roles
Must have skills:
Proven experience in agile IT delivery environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial awareness and contract management experience
Ability to work across multiple departments and align conflicting interests
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Fluent in English
Nice to have skills:
Experience with offshore team collaboration
Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
Dutch language skills
Background in telecom or large-scale IT transformation projects
