The Offer Process Specialist is a pivoting role between the B2B Change, Marketing, Offering and Sales teams and has or will acquire in depth knowledge of the end-to-end B2B Offering Process. This hybrid role will be mainly in charge of the business configuration of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool within the Salesforce Ecosystem, and on the other hand also supporting the Sales & Offering business teams as a system admin and firstline problem solving SPOC. Within this role, it will be crucial to assist in the change management & rollout of the BOP project (B2B Offering & Pricing) currently in its final phase as a major transformation project within the B2B department, being in the forefront of helping the business users with the configuration and application of the new processes, and the transition from old to new offering processes.
- You acquire in-depth knowledge of the B2B Offering processes based on project & system documentation and interactions with (Test) Analysts and Business owners, enabling you to:
- act as first line specialist/system admin (Salesforce) to help business users from Sales & Offering teams with any process issue or need for admin intervention;
- assist in the preparation of training sessions and creation of knowledge & training material for the Offering Process.
- You are accountable for the business configuration of the CLM Tool, which is a part of the B2B offering process. Based upon the input of the Marketing team (Product Managers commodity), you make sure that all contract templates, clauses and addenda’s are setup in the tool, in 3 languages, to ensure a smooth and correct contract document generation, in line with all policies. As part of your first line availability as specialist for end users, you will also actively and proactively detect issues with the CLM tool and assure feedback to the development teams to handle defects and improvements of the tool.
- You participate in the business testing and change management aspects (knowledge documentation, handover, training, hypercare, quality assurance…) of the BOP transformation Project, to ensure an effective adherence to the process changes by all users.
- You assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative feedback from the offering process users as input for process improvement & CLM tool improvements, by, amongst others, actively participating in team meetings of business end users (Sales, Offering) as well as the Marketing team (CLM tool setup)
Skills
- University education: Junior profile / Young Graduate with the skills, potential and ambition to progress towards an Analyst role
- Basic training in energy sector & analysing/testing skills is a clear plus
- Willingness to learn Process Management - BPM - Process design tools
- Basic experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM tool), MS Office, Agile process tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus
