We are seeking a Functional/Process Analyst Consultant for the Product Journey Team. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, focusing on analyzing and improving the order-to-activation process, where integration and alignment with network partner creates operational challenges. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical affinity, and the ability to design and optimize processes aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Deep-dive analysis of current processes and systems to identify root causes of activation issues. (Main focus)
Intensive collaboration with Service Delivery Manager and multiple stakeholders (internal tribes and external partners).
Design and implement process improvements to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions.
Use SQL and REST APIs for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Act as a single point of contact for your domain, ensuring clear documentation and alignment.
Support roadmap development, contribute to strategic initiatives as well as operational support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5–7 years in a similar role, preferably in telecom.
Strong data-driven decision making (SQL, APIs) combined with functional/process analysis skills.
Proven experience in process design and improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple parties and conflicting priorities.
Must have skills:
Dutch & English proficiency.
Hands-on mentality and ability to work under pressure.
Telecom experience (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of French (for documentation and occasional communication).
