The Service Delivery Manager (Indoor) is responsible for end-to-end management of indoor mobile access projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality service for the company's Residential, B2B or Wholesale customers. This role involves coordinating with Ericsson (managed service partner), internal teams, and external stakeholders to design and implement indoor coverage and capacity solutions for office buildings, hospitals, concert/event halls and other enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage indoor service delivery projects from planning to execution and monitoring.
Act as the primary point of contact for Ericsson and other vendors; oversee contract and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
Handle financial forecasting, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, sales) and external partners to meet customer needs.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.
Mitigate technical and operational challenges during project rollout.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field is preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years in telecom industry, preferably focused on indoor service delivery or other mobile network projects and operations
Must have skills:
Solid knowledge of mobile telecom technologies (4G/5G), infrastructure, RF design and equipment for indoor coverage solutions and capacity enhancement.
