As an Epic Owner, you will take end-to-end ownership of a strategic transformation initiative: the replacement of the current on premise ETL software being Informatica PowerCenter with a modern, future-proof data integration platform. You define the vision, guide execution across multiple Agile Release Trains, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical requirements. You collaborate closely with architects, product managers, scrum masters, data engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a controlled, secure, and value-driven migration.

Epic Definition & Prioritization: Develop epics, business cases, and acceptance criteria; define MVPs and clear success metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Align with business owners, IT teams, architects, and data domains to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks.
Roadmap & Progress: Lead preparation for PI Planning, incorporate milestones for validation, integration and adoption phases, monitor delivery progress, and manage cross-team and cross‑ART dependencies.
Risk & Impact Assessment: Identify technical and organizational risks and drive mitigation actions.
Data Governance & Quality: Ensure the new solution meets standards for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
