As a Project Office Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance digital transformation & Project Manager with the follow-up of big projects. Your main responsibilities will include providing PMO assistance, following up on tasks after meetings or workshops and gathering and following up on ideas. You will also have the opportunity to apply your skills in Business Analysis to help drive success for new data & AI initiatives. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all project activities are on track and that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
Detailled Tasks
Participating in project workshops while ensuring timely stakeholder engagement and communication.
Facilitating alignment between external project team, business stakeholders and IT department.
Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Supporting the development and implementation of PMO best practices.
Assisting in project resource allocation and scheduling.
Monitoring and evaluating the overall project.
Identifying problems and shortfalls and generating recommendations to enhance efficiency.
Understanding and mapping processes for improvement by IT department.
Translating the needs from business on data topics into requirements for further evaluation and implementation.
Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.
Help identifying new AI use cases for the support departments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio) and business analytics techniques (Power Query, Data products)
Exposure to change management principles and techniques and experience supporting change initiatives within an organization.
