Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and maintain the Microsoft Azure tenant and its components (networking, identities, security, application resources).
• Ensure the availability, performance, security, and compliance of cloud environments.
• Implement and maintain automated application and infrastructure deployments across all environments (no prod & prod).
• Manage the production release of applications and technical components within the organization.
• Actively participate in the resolution of production incidents and problems, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Support and coach development teams in the use of DevOps tools and practices.
• Work on complex, large-scale projects in close collaboration with other IT departments and external vendors.
• Maintain the CMDB in relation to cloud resources and ensure data consistency.
• Participate in the on-call / duty rotation with other team members to ensure service continuity.
Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities
• Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure continuity, traceability, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps standards, tools, and processes.
• Maintain and further develop technical expertise, ensuring solutions are well contextualized within the company’s environment.
• Participate in discussions related to the evolution of cloud architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate actively in an Agile environment with project and operational teams.
Technical Profile Requirements
• Strong experience or operational knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, boards, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, using tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Understanding of security, performance, and high-availability challenges in a cloud environment.
• Ability to automate deployments and recurring operational tasks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
