Role & Responsibilities

• Ownership of the full architecture: from business case & requirements to acceptance testing and delivery
• Translating business needs into scalable and sustainable architectural solutions
• Designing and governing a microservices architecture
• Ensuring solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture
• Providing technical expertise in the development and optimization of ICT applications
• Supporting development teams with complex technical challenges
• Documenting and maintaining up-to-date architectural documentation
• Active participation in the architecture network

Technical Requirements

• Very strong knowledge of Java application architecture
• Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift and containerization
• Good knowledge of communication techniques between applications
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOA, microservices
• Experience with JEE application servers (especially WebLogic)
• Familiar with UML diagrams, web interface design
• Analysis of DB2 explain plans
• Nice to have: experience with Dynatrace and/or Instana
