Product Owner/Project Manager Digital Sales Tools

Brussels, Belgium
As Product Owner, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales organization and accelerating our digital transformation journey. You bridge the gap between business and IT to develop smart, intuitive sales tools that make contract registration seamless, efficient, and customer-friendly.
Working in a dynamic agile environment, you translate strategic ambitions into a clear product vision and roadmap. Beyond your role as Product Owner, you also act as a key coordinator across departments (Project Manager): ensuring timelines stay on track, dependencies are proactively managed, and all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the delivery process.

  • Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog with a strong focus on value creation and business impact.
  • Prepare and align Program Increment (PI) priorities together with stakeholders and program teams.
  • Define sprint goals and support teams throughout agile ceremonies and delivery cycles.
  • Ensure backlog items are transparent, well understood, and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Continuously evaluate product progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities based on learnings and business needs.
Drive cross-team coordination and delivery
  • Take ownership of timelines, milestones, and delivery coordination across multiple teams and departments.
  • Identify, manage, and proactively resolve dependencies between business teams, IT teams, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a central coordination point, bringing together the right people at the right time to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Closely monitor progress and anticipate risks that could impact delivery timelines or business objectives.
Bridge business and technology
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings, product demos, and stakeholder discussions to create engagement and buy-in.
  • Foster strong collaboration and open communication between business and IT.
Collaborate within a larger Agile ecosystem
  • Work closely with other Product Owners, agile teams, architects, and stakeholders within the broader program organization and Release Train structure.
  • Ensure PI and Sprint planning fully reflect cross-team dependencies and organizational priorities.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, transparency, and customer-centric delivery.

COMPETENCES

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
  • Able to represent and defend business priorities while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing timelines, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate risks and remove blockers.
  • Customer-focused and data-driven, with a strong focus on value creation.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic agile environment and align teams around shared goals.

  • Languages: fluent English and Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus, but not required)

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven several years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams in a complex environment.
