Part of the IT Governance & Transversal Services department, the IT Project Manager leads and delivers transversal projects end-to-end. You are accountable for the full project scope, team, resources, and outcomes across one or multiple concurrent projects. The following projects are part of the company's Infrastructure roadmap. Our goal is to modernize the IT infrastructure to empower the business in every store:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Network oriented
Cargovil: Improve network connectivity in our distribution center by replacing devices.
PKI Implementation: Deploy a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) system to enforce certificate-based authentication, drastically strengthening device security and access control.
SD - WAN / SASE: Upgrade the enterprise network architecture to an SD-WAN/SASE framework, delivering high-performance connectivity and advanced, cloud-native security.
Network Modernisation: Clean up redundant systems and legacy configurations from past migrations, eliminating technical debt and hardening network security.
› Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle from idea to delivery — managing scope, planning, budget, quality and change across one or multiple projects › Stakeholder & Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders; prepare Weekly status reports, Steerco decks and PMO Board updates › Risk & Issues: Identify and manage project risks; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner › Testing & UAT: Oversee all test phases and coordinate user acceptance plans with business teams › Team Leadership: Functionally manage up to 5 team members (BAs, developers, testers); foster collaboration, diversity and a high-performance culture › Standards & Governance: Ensure all projects follow PMO standards and IT Governance methodology; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
TECHNICAL SKILLS ✓ 5+ years IT & business/industry experience ✓ PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) ✓ Stakeholder management & executive reporting ✓ Strong business acumen in IT & retail + SAP knowledge (strong plus) + Retail / e-commerce background (asset)
SOFT SKILLS & LANGUAGES
Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in a business/industry context
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
