Apply to Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic Network Transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering a complex, cross-functional initiative that requires close collaboration between the Network and Commercial domains.

This role requires an experienced leader who can navigate a matrix organization, manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders, and ensure strategic programs are delivered successfully from initiation through completion. Focus will be on network transformation initiatives such as mobile network migration and legacy technology shutdown programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex strategic programs from initiation through delivery and closure.
Manage program planning, milestones, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget.
Coordinate stakeholders across Network, Commercial, Engineering and Business teams.
Facilitate steering committees and drive decision-making processes.
Ensure timely program execution and delivery of business value.
Manage escalations and remove blockers impacting delivery.
Build strong collaboration between technical and commercial stakeholders.
Partner closely with internal leadership and external strategic partners.
Drive visibility through clear reporting and executive communication.
Contribute to improving delivery governance and program management practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

10-15 years of relevant experience in project and program management.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs.
Experience within the telecommunications industry.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across multiple domains.
Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization.
Experience with agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certifications are considered an asset.

Must have skills:

Extensive Program Management experience.
Telecom industry experience.
Experience leading complex multi-year transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder and dependency management.
Experience bridging technical and business/commercial teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong governance, risk management and reporting skills.
Experience working in matrix organizations.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Nice to have skills:

Experience with mobile network transformation programs.
Experience with 2G/3G shutdown or network migration initiatives.
Knowledge of commercial/customer impact programs.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.
Experience working with strategic partners and vendors.
Jira and Confluence experience.
Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks
