Director of Fulfilment
We are looking for an experienced Director of Fullfilment to support our clients rapidly growing Customer Installation and Service Delivery activities. The consultant will play a key role in bringing structure, governance and operational excellence to a fast-evolving environment supporting both existing coax services and the large-scale roll-out of the FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) network.
The role focuses on leading service delivery teams, creating clarity and prioritisation across multiple operational streams, improving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the organisation is ready to support future growth. The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with operational insight and the ability to bring order to complex, changing environments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Service Delivery Managers, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and prioritisation across operational activities.
- Create structure, governance and visibility within a rapidly changing and growing operations environment.
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery activities related to customer installations and fulfilment operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, wholesale customers and external partners.
- Monitor team workload, identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide hands-on support on strategic and operational topics where required.
- Assess current ways of working and introduce improvements in tooling, processes and operating models.
- Identify additional resourcing needs and support the definition of future consultant or hiring requirements.
- Act as a trusted senior leader capable of independently driving initiatives and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.
- Bring clarity, prioritisation and stability to an environment undergoing significant transformation.
- No specific degree is mandatory.
- Relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities are essential
- Proven experience in senior operations, service delivery or fulfilment leadership roles.
- Demonstrated people management experience within complex, high-pressure and continuously changing environments.
- Experience in bringing structure and organisation to operational teams.
- Track record of managing stakeholders across multiple business units and external partners.
- Experience working in transformation, scale-up or change-driven organisations is highly valued.

- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Exposure to fiber deployment, customer fulfilment or service delivery organisations.
- Knowledge of wholesale customer environments.
