We are currently looking for an Expert Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Designer for the company's B2B SME segment. This is a strategic role within the LEGO program, focused on designing modular, needs-based CVPs to simplify and future-proof company's portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead the CVP design phase for the SME B2B market.
Define and drive the CVP roadmap and design principles.
Translate research insights into portfolio structure (products, services, packaging).
Develop modular CVP building blocks aligned with customer needs.
Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders (CX, portfolio, corporate strategy).
Facilitate workshops and synthesize outcomes into clear frameworks.
Validate CVP design principles with the market.
Prepare requirements for development teams by Q3.
Act as a servant leader, ensuring cross-functional alignment and governance.
Indirect leadership across teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
10–15+ years of experience in CVP design, strategic marketing, or product marketing.
Proven success in telecom, tech, or subscription-based businesses.
Strong background in B2B and preferably telecom.
Ability to manage complex design processes and frameworks.
Experience in data-driven decision-making and customer analytics.
Familiarity with agile working methods.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Must have skills:
CVP design expertise.
Data-analytical capability (translate research into actionable insights).
Strong facilitation and consolidation skills (workshops, reporting).
Presentation and storytelling skills (simplifying complexity).
Stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
Nice to have skills:
Experience in telecom industry.
Creative visualization skills for simplifying complex concepts.
