As an Application Specialist/Functional Analyst, you will join a digital team active within the B2B sector. You will collaborate with a team of four developers, a technical lead, and two other experienced analysts. Your role involves working on existing applications within the company, adding new functionalities, and keeping these applications technically up-to-date. You will act as the liaison between the business and your team, gathering concrete business requirements from stakeholders, addressing architectural challenges, and aligning with the roadmaps of other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for new bugs and incidents, determining their priority andensuring they are addressed by the team.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding solutions.
• Participate in testing when necessary to expedite processes.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation, simplifying where possible.
• Ensure functional and application documentation is up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum).
• Strong functional analysis skills in an IT environment.
• Structured working style with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to analyticalwork.
• Digital experience, particularly with setting up new APIs; UX/UI affinity is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to adapt communication style to the audience, translating analyses for (junior)developers and collaborating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Autonomous working capability, with a proactive attitude towards asking questions whenneeded.
• Dynamic mindset, open to evolving environments.

Must have skills:

• Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum).
• Functional analysis in IT.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with UX/UI.
• Experience in a corporate environment.
